Logistics Coordinator
Salary: Basic $2500 - $2800 + OT
Working days & hours:
- Day shift: 5.5 days, Mon – Sat | 9pm – 6pm, 9am - 1pm
- Night Shift: 6 days, 9pm - 8am (Offday not fix)
Location: Changi
Job Description - Schedule and dispatch trucks for linehaul operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle movement using GPS/fleet systems and update job statuses.
- Optimize routes and delivery schedules to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities and driver logs
- Assist with driver rostering and shift planning.
- Verify vendor trip invoices against internal records and report discrepancies
- Prepare daily and weekly transport performance reports.
Requirements - GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level, Diploma in logistics or related field is a plus.
