Our client, an office furniture and design company, is looking for an Operations and Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of inventory from sales origination to client delivery. They are looking for someone with good time management skills, communication, organization and who is highly detail oriented. You will be involved in all aspects of the daily operations of the business. Must be proficient in excel . This role reports directly to the President.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Serves as the direct contact to third-party installation companies and inside install delivery team.
• Communicate with customers to schedule deliveries and service calls based on tracking of PO’s and furniture ETA’s. Build trust and confidence, resolve issues, and enhance their overall customer service experience.
