Position Overview 

Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support domestic and international transportation operations across our global supply chain network. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing international shipping documentation, monitoring transportation performance, resolving shipment exceptions, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders. 
 
Essential Job Functions 

+ Coordinate and manage domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments from origin through final delivery. 

+ Prepare and review shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, SLI, DGD, and other customs-related documents. 

+ Route shipments through Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and carrier portals.
