Delivery Partner Managers assist and guide Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) as they build and grow successful middle‑mile businesses during a transformational time. They manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business and act as trusted advisors who help solve the DSPs’ biggest challenges at a programmatic level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues
• Experience developing and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders
• Ability to influence business planning, strategy, and identify obstacles, recommend solutions, and drive change
