YOUR ROLE

The incumbent will be a core member of the company’s Operational Excellence (OpEx) team, directly reporting to the Operational Excellence (OpEx) Manager. His/her focus will be to lead OpEx projects that leverage on in-depth data analysis and lean principles to close operational gaps and work closely together with the rest of the transversal team to support the OpEx community in driving continuous improvement efforts.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Lead OpEx projects that leverage on in-depth data analysis and lean principles to close operational gaps and
• provide catalytic support to the efficiency across multiple sites
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to drive project development, align on expectations, and
• overcome project risks
• Manage audit of sites, provide audit reports, define action plan and monitor action plan
