Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs 
Update inventory records 
Purchase supplies according to approved specifications 
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of suppliers 
Coordinate with outlets on stock supplies and demands, ensure timely delivery to outlets. 
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency 
Ensure quality control following the Company’s policies and standard protocols of supply chain management 
Coordinate well with Procurement and Logistics Team 
 Qualifications & Requirements  Proven experience in related position 
Highly organized 
Attention to details 
Negotiation and Communication Skills 
Multi tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
