Position Overview

            Job Description  Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound inventory, such as managing and tallying incoming stock according to relevant documents. 
Data processing of incoming stock into the system accurately. 
Generate the delivery order and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly. 
Handle virtual goods (e.g., software license) delivery. 
Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow, including: 
Procurement Team – handling stock discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently. 
Alignment of product warranty. 
Finance Team – correspondence on required documents. 
Sales Team – stock movement and usage. 
Arrange the order fulfillment schedule for in‑house drivers. 
Generate and maintain logistic‑related reports in an orderly manner. 
Perform other administrative tasks assigned, such as filing.
