Position Overview

            About the job Logistics Executive (Tuas) Key Responsibilities:  Coordinate end-to-end marine logistics operations for import/export shipments. 
Handle documentation and permit applications for cargo, including Dangerous Goods (DG). 
Liaise with freight forwarders, port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders. 
Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to clients and internal teams. 
Prepare shipping instructions, packing lists, and commercial invoices. 
Verify and process Bills of Lading, delivery orders, and cargo manifests. 
Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes. 
Manage inventory and track cargo movement across various locations. 
Support incident reporting and investigation for logistics-related issues. 
Work closely with warehouse and transport providers to ensure smooth cargo flow.
