Responsibilities Serves as the principal DLA Energy planning advisor and consultant to the DLA Energy-E/A Operations Division, USAREUR/AF for bulk petroleum logistics planning and execution in support of Army requirements in the USEUCOM area of responsibility. Advises units on various DLA Energy procedures with respect to wholesale fuels support, including procedures to document fuel ordering, receipt transactions, cancellation of fuel orders, billing issues, and submission of disputes. Works with the DLA Energy-E/A Quality Manager to address fuel quality issues throughout the USEUCOM area of responsibility with concentration on USAREUR/AF activities. Coordinates on operational and contingency plans with the DCSLOG/USAREUR/AF G4, G5 planning staff and USEUCOM Joint Petroleum Office.
