Job Summary:
Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Logistics Manager position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate Logistics and Operational Support contract.

Responsibilities: 

+ Plans and coordinates logistical requirements for meetings, proposal review panels, and events

+ Coordinates logistics and onsite support for onsite and offsite meetings, events, and webinars

+ Coordinates logistical support in preparation for outreach events including tasks such as event budget and planning, venue and catering subcontracting, printing, mailing, and event set up and breakdown
