**Overview**

The Devices Fulfillment and Logistics (F&L) team is anchored on optimizing the distribution network and delivering Microsoft’s key products to customers. As the **Logistics Manager - Outbound** you will be responsible for outbound freight within North America, LATAM, and Canada, with primary accountability for logistics, customs compliance, cost control, service performance, and cross-functional coordination supporting product builds, launches, and replenishment flows. This role manages logistics execution escalations and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners - including Trade, Finance, Supply Planning, third-party logistics providers, and transportation carriers - to ensure compliant, cost-efficient, and on-time delivery of goods to customers.
