Dive 3PL /4PL towards proper capacity planning, space optimization, continuous warehouse productivities and quality improvements.Optimize inbound and outbound supply chain logistics, including management of internal and third-party distribution and transportation of finished goods.Manage the performance of goods receiving to ensure appropriate liaison with international manufacturing, distribution center contacts and international freight providers occurs to maximize efficiency and timely delivery of products required.Manage and control all logistics activities and supply chain operations to ensure availability of products to meet demand as per request at optimized cost.Work with HQ planner for parts planning of SEA, Analysis parts usage and demand based on region requirement.
