Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations optimized for both high-volume wholesale and rapid retail distribution channels.

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, guaranteeing accuracy and safety in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.

• Develop efficient delivery schedules, routing plans, and transportation strategies to reduce transit costs and improve delivery speed.

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouses and retail outlets to systematically prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely order fulfillment for bulk wholesale clients as well as daily retail store replenishments.

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate logistics staff, warehouse personnel, and external third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

• Partner closely with procurement, sales, and store operations teams to align logistics capacity with demand forecasting.
