Position Overview

            Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesales 
Position Title: Logistics Officer  
Working Location: Pandan Loop 
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 4.00pm) (1-day WFH) 
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus  
Duration: Permanent Role 
 Key Responsibilities  Process orders and declare permits using the company system 
Handle payments and courier services for customers 
Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with shipping lines or agents 
Coordinate with warehouse, depot, and transport teams—both internal and external 
Provide daily or monthly customer reports 
Generate required company reports on a daily or monthly basis 
Prepare monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme import/export reports for customers 
Submit monthly accruals internally and externally
