Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of logistics operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant shipment processing and serve as the primary escalation point for complex or urgent logistics issues.
• Partner with Corning Shared Services and external logistics providers, including carriers and customs brokers, to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentorship, and guidance to Logistics Specialists.
• Drive compliance with global logistics processes, governance frameworks, and company policies.
• Participate in process optimization initiatives, system enhancements, and automation projects.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
