Oversee and manage daily operations for import, export shipment, ensuring efficiency in freight handling, logistics coordination, and service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, including air, ocean, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements to meet service quality and client satisfaction standards.
Implement and maintain compliance with international logistics standards, regulations, and company policies.
Identify operational risks and develop solutions to mitigate disruptions.

Requirements
