Position Overview

Global Logistics Operations Management

10-17 years' experience in logistics
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across international plants and warehouses.
Ensure seamless execution of inbound, outbound, and intercompany movements.
Drive dispatch linearity aligned with production and customer commitments.
Monitor and improve OTDIF performance across regions.
Proactively manage risks related to delays, capacity, and service disruptions.
Network Optimization & Strategic Projects
Lead global initiatives on network design, warehouse optimization, and cost-to-serve improvement.
Drive supplier consolidation and 3PL strategy.
Work closely with SCM Excellence, Global Logistics Head on transformation programs.
Evaluate new warehouse locations and distribution models.
