What To Expect

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Logistics & Product Compliance Manager to support implementing and maintaining the Compliance Program. The role requires experience with export compliance activities in the automotive industry, specifically in the spare parts sector. You will be part of a team that is managing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across Tesla’s EMEA Supply Management Team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead continuous compliance research to identify (local) regulations and industry standards, supporting Tesla in meeting requirements. Support market entries and establish compliance throughout the EMEA Distribution operations. Work with stakeholders on export licensing determinations and license collection.
