Responsibilities

• Responsible for UK logistics seller experience, perform in-depth research and analysis of logistics experience metrics and output solutions for improvement.
• Design solutions that incorporate both operating procedures and system functions that serve UK logistics businesses and operations expansion and improvement.
• Manage the solution for its whole journey from initiation to implementation, drive for constant improvement when needed.
• Work with cross‑function teams (account managers, governance, etc.) to establish common goals for seller fulfilment experience.
• Continue to drive solution upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the UK/EU market.
• Contribute to the accumulation of our core logistics capabilities.
