Summary
Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Logistics Specialist to support the launch and build-out of a new warehouse operation in Charlotte. This individual will play a critical role in setting up logistics processes, managing inbound/outbound shipments, and owning SAP-driven inventory workflows.
This is a highly visible role with significant overtime opportunity early on and the ability to help shape operations from the ground up.

Responsibilities
 • Help set up and organize warehouse operations, including staging equipment
 • Manage domestic and international shipments from start to delivery
 • Coordinate with freight carriers and schedule inbound/outbound shipments
 • Complete and manage customs documentation
 • Track inventory and shipments using SAP S/4HANA
 • Load/unload shipments and move materials as needed
 • Develop and document basic logistics SOPs
