The Logistics Specialist is responsible for independently coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing shipment and logistics activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant availability of items and services in line with business requirements and operational timelines.

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end shipment activities, including shipment scheduling, documentation, clearance, insurance, and final delivery, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and service levels.
• Review, validate, and reconcile shipping and delivery documentation received from suppliers, forwarders, clearing agents, and insurance companies, resolving discrepancies and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
