This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate weekly international and domestic shipments for BabbleRoo. BabbleRoo Manage communication with freight forwarders and Amazon logistics partners. Monitor shipment tracking, resolve delays, and follow up on receiving issues or shipment claims (especially with Amazon FBA). FBA Coordinate inbound shipment documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, CO, etc.) and ensure compliance with destination requirements. Proactively communicate and resolve discrepancies with shipments, warehouse receiving errors, and shipping damages. Take charge of freight rate negotiation and manage cost tracking for optimized shipping costs. Maintain organized records of shipping documents and provide logistics data for inventory and planning purposes.
