Position Overview

Position Summary

The Logistics & Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle from customer order through shipment and delivery. Acting as the central point of coordination between customers, sales, purchasing, warehouse, freight providers, and accounting, this individual ensures orders are processed accurately, shipments are delivered on time, and customers receive exceptional service.

This role extends well beyond traditional order entry and requires a strong understanding of logistics, international shipping, documentation, inventory coordination, and customer operations.
