We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end logistics for our logistic business. This role oversees the full cycle—from receiving signed customer orders, coordinating production readiness, handling container loading and port return, issuing invoices based on Incoterms, and monitoring shipments until arrival at destination.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management

• 
  

  Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, quantities, Incoterms, and delivery requirements.

  Create and manage sales orders (PI) in SAP, including amendments, cancellations, and special requests.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment cycle to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Support supplier payment processes and order invoicing.
