Position Overview

Key responsibilities:


  • Oversee day‑to‑day 3rd Party Warehouse (3PW) and transport operations to ensure smooth inbound, outbound and inter‑site logistics flows. 

  • Ensure inventory accuracy, including stock counts, corrections, scrapping processes, and alignment with SAP. 

  • Manage LSP (Logistics Service Provider) performance, including KPIs, audits, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities. 

  • Coordinate transport planning for solid and liquid products between factory, subcontractors and 3PW; handle exceptions and urgent changes. 

  • Support and execute refusals, returns and complaints, ensuring all SAP steps and documentation are completed. 

  • Lead or contribute to logistics and efficiency projects improving cost, performance and network flows. 

  • Secure full compliance with food safety, HSE and legal regulations, participating in internal and external audits.
