Ensure agreed stock levels are maintained at customer and depot locations. • Manage deliveries to customers and filling plants in line with customer agreements. • Track and report daily volumes uplifted from refineries/terminals via the Refinery KPI report. • Gather and analyse planned vs. actual trip data daily, highlighting variances and opportunities for improvement. • Consolidate and analyse transporter Order to Cash (OTC) reports twice weekly. • Draft and present weekly performance and project progress reports to the Bulk Transport Manager. • Investigate delivery challenges such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, and quantity discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
