As a Last Mile Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal delivery experience for our customers by ensuring the performance and reliability of the service. Your missions include:
Managing order delivery activity: ensuring daily monitoring of delivery flows and ensuring deadlines are met. Adapting resources and means: planning and adjusting staff and vehicles according to operational needs and volumes. Implementing and monitoring KPIs: defining, analyzing, and monitoring last mile performance indicators (deadlines, success rate, customer satisfaction, costs).
