Long-term care LPN Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Night Shift
- Long-term care LPN provides direct patient care for long-term care and swing bed residents, including medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with daily living activities.
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans, document patient status, and ensure quality, compassionate care.
Long-term care LPN Qualifications:
- Long-term care LPN must have an unrestricted license
- experience in Long-term care preferred
- BLS certification required upon hire
