Description

Position at DNEG The LookDev TD works with modellers and textures artists within the Build Team, as well as lighters, to produce photorealistic assets as well as assets for animated projects. The role will include the ability to develop tools for the department using python. 

All assets created will support the workflow requirements to aid the smooth running of production so it is important you have the ability to create and design look development that is simple, elegant and efficient and easy to share with other team members.

Must have

Either VFX and/or animation industry experience working on assets

An ability to produce high-end assets under tight deadlines from on-set reference and/or concept art

An understanding of the pipeline and experience working collaboratively with other departments

A solid understanding of look development fundamentals and tools

A strong understanding of colour space, bit depth...
