Empower individuals as a Tenant Support Worker at Lookout Housing and Health Society. This casual role provides critical services to adults facing housing challenges, working towards improved independence and stability.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will adhere to Lookout’s mission and engage closely with tenants. Your work includes initial assessments, developing comprehensive service plans, and maintaining ongoing support to meet their needs. Collaboration with volunteers and managing on-site records will be essential parts of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support tenant intake and assessment processes
• Develop and implement individualized service plans
• Ensure tenants' basic needs are consistently met
