The core function of this role is to support the digital director to oversee the digital strategy and help implement across key countries (South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and Ivory Coast).

This role will assist with job functions that are specific to Process and Content Distribution and analytics.

Process

• Help lead implementation of digital tools, processes and systems as needed to advance SSC objectives.
• Provide marketing teams with monthly reporting updates, including brief analysis on delivery, clicks, conversions, and trends.
• Research new online media opportunities and industry updates; set‑up in‑person meetings when relevant, deliver monthly content to countries, track and record activations by country to quantify ROI.
• On‑going collaboration with the agency to create and distribute monthly social content.
