Position Overview

            Roles and Responsibilities  Conduct thorough investigations into insured events including Property, Casualty, and Work Injury claims to determine claim validity and circumstances 
Perform detailed site inspections to collect evidence and assess conditions related to claims 
Evaluate and adjust insured losses by analyzing investigation findings, supporting documents, and policy terms 
Prepare clear, comprehensive investigation reports tailored for client understanding and decision-making 
Provide professional and technical advice to clients on claim matters to support accurate resolution 
Communicate and liaise effectively with insurers, insured parties, witnesses, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate claim processes 
 Preferred competencies and qualifications  Higher Nitec, Diploma, GCE A Level, Degree, or equivalent qualifications
