ROLE (Why position exists): Will be responsible for minimizing retail losses by monitoring transaction exceptions, controlling inventory shrinkage, strengthening audit controls, and ensuring process compliance across stores. The role focuses on transaction monitoring, reconciliation, fraud detection, inventory control, and loss prevention through SAP and POS analytics.
