**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in CPU low power design and optimization.
+ Experience with power analysis tools, power intent formats (UPF/CPF), and power reduction techniques.
+ Experience with RTL design, synthesis, and static timing analysis.
