Bendon is looking for a Loyalty and CRM Analyst to help bring our new loyalty programme to life across customer communications, EDMs, Klaviyo, retail, eCommerce and member journeys.
We are looking for someone with strong CRM, email or retention experience ready to take on a new opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Help shape how customers are welcomed, rewarded, recognised and encouraged to return.
- Work on loyalty communications, support key customer journeys and optimise EDMs.
- Develop value‑adding loyalty partnerships.
- Use data to improve how we connect with our customers.
- Explore new loyalty partnerships, finding thoughtful ways to give members more value, recognition and reasons to feel supported.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in CRM, email marketing, loyalty, retention or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience working with CRM platforms; Klaviyo would be a bonus.
