Aqua Expeditions is looking for a dynamic Loyalty Manager to lead the Trade Loyalty and Guest Loyalty Programs. The role focuses on maximizing repeat sales and building long‑term relationships with trade partners and guests.

Responsibilities

• Trade Loyalty Program Management
  • Create and implement engagement strategies to boost partner registration, activation, and performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to the Sales Team to drive partner engagement and increase sales.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, budget, and costs; deliver monthly performance reports to the Executive Committee.
  • Collaborate with technical partners to implement platform enhancements.
