Job Duties







New, higher LPN pay rate, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

A typical schedule is full time, 37.5 hours weekly; weekdays 8:30 am to 8 pm and rotating weekends 7:30 am to 6 pm.

$5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
