LVN/LPN VNA Home Care - no call or float! 40hr Days 8:00a-4:30p Weekends may be required as needed*Reduced rate for local travelers apply*Traveler will be required to own a vehicle as they will be providing care in patients homes. Minimum experience required: 1-2 years; prefer home health experience, however, med surge experience/nursing home or facility experience will be accepted. Phlebotomy skills required. Unit accepts 1st time traveler: Yes. Epic charting experience required! Certs required: BCLS, NH state. Avg. daily census: 415. Patient age group: Adults, geriatrics. Patient diagnoses: Medical and surgical diagnoses; our nurses are generalists taking care of wound care, ostomy's, indwelling catheters, surgical patients; CVA, cancer, edema, sepsis, COPD, CHF. Skills checklist will be performed with the onboarding process. Special equipment: coagucek, phlebetomy skills, Aspira drains.
