Position Overview

             
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician

Administer treatments and wound care as per physician orders

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans

Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Follow infection control and safety protocols
