+ Radius Rule: 50 mile radius applies

Qualification and Requirements:

+ Authorized to work in the United States.
+ 2 years of experience as a Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
+ American Heart Association BLS
+ NY LPN Licensure
