Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support, administer medications per physician orders, monitor residents’ health, and document care accurately in real time.

You will follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, transcribe physician orders, support care plan updates, observe changes, and report any adverse reactions promptly, while upholding safety and compassionate resident care.
