Overview

The Phlebotomy Service currently has a vacancy for a Phlebotomist to work 18 hours per week. Hours: 08:00 to 11:45 – Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 11:00 Friday. You will be a part of the Phlebotomy Team proving an essential frontline service for NHS Grampian.

Responsibilities

The main duties of the post are to assist the medical staff by performing venepuncture (blood collection) on patients based at ARI. As there is a lot of patient interaction, good interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should be able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise their own workload. No experience is required as full training will be provided.
