Moray Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our expanding Primary Care Occupational Therapy Service.

About The Role

As a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner, you will work alongside qualified Occupational Therapists within the Linkwood and Maryhill GP practices.

You will be a key part of the multidisciplinary Primary Care team, contributing to high quality, person centred care.

• Carrying out and adapting treatment plans and interventions as prescribed by an Occupational Therapist
