About the Role:

You will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils aged 4-19 with a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. Every day is different - and every success, no matter how small, is celebrated.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning plans

Assist with communication, sensory, and behavioural support strategies
