What you will be working on

This role sits within the Ticketing Strategy and Projects Division, where you will play an active part in shaping the ticketing services charging framework for transparency and cost effectiveness. You will contribute to the development of long-term ticketing policies and strategies, while engaging a broad range of stakeholders across the transit ecosystem.

• Working with the appointed consultant to review the ticketing services charging framework
• Managing contracts with Public Transport Operators and transit service providers for ticketing related matters
• Analyzing transit data for insights to deliver a commuter‑centric and future‑ready ticketing system
