Principal / Senior Executive, Heavy Vehicle Parking

You will be part of a team managing the processing of applications for licences to operate Heavy Vehicle (HV) Parks and Vehicle Parking Certificates. The work involves interaction with the heavy vehicle park operators and heavy vehicle owners. You will be responsible for carrying out investigations at HV parking places and take enforcement actions against HV operators who cause obstructions on licensed parking lots. Your duties also include responding to customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or in person. You will conduct user acceptance testing on new system functionalities when there are changes to business processes or follow‑up testing for validation of identified issues. You will be expected to summarize large quantities of data, crunch, analyse and get fruitful results for complex queries using advanced excel functions and formulas.
