We're looking for an experienced LTL Customer Service Representative to support and manage LTL shipments across the United States and Canada, ensuring excellent service, accurate updates, and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
LTL Shipment Coordination: Monitor and manage LTL shipments from pickup through final delivery, ensuring complete shipment visibility and timely updates.Carrier Communication: Maintain constant communication with carriers, terminals, drivers, customers, and internal teams to track shipment status and resolve service-related issues.Exception Management: Identify and resolve delays, missed pickups, reconsignments, OS&D, accessorials, claims, and other LTL service exceptions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Customer Support: ...
