**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The RN Coordinator is responsible for assessment of needs, education, and coordination of the care for the Lung Clinic patients and their families throughout the transplantation process. The RN Coordinator communicates all aspects of the plan of care with patients, families and other members of the team, other health care providers, and payers.

**What qualifications you will need:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
+ Three years recent clinical experience preferred.
+ Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas is required.
