Permit Secretary – fixed‑term (September10,2026toMarch31,2027)

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and make decisions on applications for identity cards and passports
• Process applications for private security permits, firearms permits, and other permits within the police’s jurisdiction
• Handle electronic applications and related decisions
• Perform other customer‑service tasks in permit administration
• Assist with additional tasks related to police permit administration or other responsibilities assigned to the Kittilä police station
