About The Role

Position: Luxury Retail Security Officer (Door Host) – Kings Hill

Hourly Rate: £15.50 plus holiday pay (FGH Group operates a holiday accrual scheme in line with the government guidelines at 12.07%)

Shifts Available: Monday – Sunday (typically between 06:00 – 20:00)

We are now recruiting Luxury Retail Security Officers (Door Hosts) to support a portfolio of globally recognised luxury retail brands in Kings Hill. This role goes beyond traditional security. You will act as both brand ambassador and protector, delivering a luxurious, welcoming experience while maintaining a discreet and highly effective security presence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the first and last impression of the brand, delivering a warm and professional welcome
• Providing a refined front‑of‑house presence, aligned with luxury retail standards
• Greeting all clients with confidence, awareness, and attention to detail
